Blanket Personalize
Is a blanket with personalized pictures a good present for a cancer patient?
Its my friend's birthday soon(Going to be 16) and he is in the hospital right now after a bone marrow transplant. My friends and I couldn't really think of any presents other than hats(for when he has chemo) but he already has ALOT So we thought maybe a blanket that has pictures on it of us/him hanging out and of his old pictures from football and basketball (the blanket looks kind of like a quilt and the pictures are in little squares) It seems kind of like a fruity idea, but everyone seems to like it.What do you think? Or what else seems like a good idea?also we are all 15-16 years old and don't have much money
His immune system is too weak for more than a few people to be with him at a time
And yeah he will get better
Giving out personalized gifts is always better and appreciated more. Your friend will love the idea of you guys spending time thinking and making something for him.
Doing personalized photo quilts are inexpensive but are treasures that can be passed on to family. So yes, I think it's a good idea.
