How long is the maximum time I can leave my 7 week old in his bouncing chair?

My baby is really fussy & cries alot, I just got him a bouncing chair & he seems to like it. Sometimes he even falls asleep in it, when I pick him up & put him in his bed, he starts crying all over again. Should I just leave him to nap there for a few hours or wake hm up? help!

Leave him there. It will give you a needed break as well. My daughter has napped in her bouncer for up to 3 hours before. It is not going to hurt your child. If he gets tired of being in there he will let you know. You just need to make sure you put him to bed at night so he does not get used to just sleeping in the bouncer.
