Most security safes now come with an electronic lock which is simple to set up and operate. Once you install four "AA" batteries (not included), you'll be able to program the safe to open using any two-to-eight-digit passcode that you choose. Red, yellow, and green LED lights guide you through the process. Two override keys that will open the security safe without use of the passcode are also included, so you're ensured access to your valuables even if you forget your code or the batteries in the keypad run out.
Again modern security safes feature a hardened steel lock plate to protect from drill attempts, two solid steel live-locking bolts, a solid steel pry-resistant body, and a solid steel pry-resistant door with concealed hinges. The heavy-duty designs offers both superior protection and years of dependable service. For added protection safes come with fire resistance. Other models are available that also offer water and liquid protection.This can add to the cost but also add to the level of protection provided. A removable shelf allows you to stack your precious possessions in the security safe, keeping them from becoming jumbled and damaged. Designed with the ability to be bolted easily to the floor using the included mounting hardware, the security safes come with instructions for simple do-it-yourself installation or call in an expert who will treat this as a straight forward installation.
